Colorado State Parks offers miles of trails to explore on an Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) for hours of four-wheelin’ fun this autumn.
State Forest State Park offers more than 50 miles of OHV trails. Please remember that motorized vehicles must remain on designated roads and OHVs are not allowed in the campgrounds.
In southwest Colorado, Mancos State Park is a great base camp for trailering OHVs to nearby San Juan National Forest trails, including the Aspen Loop trail just north of the park.
Jackson Lake State Park recently opened a new OHV track. The 1.5-mile loop is open from 8 a.m. to sunset throughout the year. This track is designed with the novice rider in mind over rolling prairie terrain.
On the Western slope, Vega State Park is an ideal access point to hundreds of miles of OHV trails in Grand Mesa National Forest.
