Dixon Grove Shelter for up to 250 people
This well-shaded pavilion picnic area is just a few steps away of the lake and provides:

  • Eight tables
  • Two double grills
  • Modern Restrooms
  • Water and electricity
  • A volleyball court (please don’t forget to bring the net and ball)
  • Lake activities like boating and fishing are close by

 

12-Mile House for up to 250 people.
A sheltered and secluded area providing:

  • A fireplace
  • Modern restrooms
  • A double grill
  • Electricity
  • A volleyball court (please don’t forget to bring the net and ball)

 

Smoky Hill Shelter for up to 250 people.
Located on the east side of the lake and south of the swim beach this site is great for boaters and water skiers. The shelter provides:

  • 10 tables
  • A double grill
  • Electricity
  • Water
  • A volleyball court (please don’t forget to bring the net and ball)
  • Modern restrooms

 

Hobie Hill for up to 100 people.
This cozy sheltered picnic area is located on the west side of the lake, south of the boat ramp and provides:

  • A large grill
  • Electricity
  • Modern restrooms

 

White Tail North and South at the Swim Beach two areas for up to 50 people each or both areas for groups up to 100.

  • On the beach near the swimming area
  • Double grill and five tables in each area
  • Amongst the trees but no shelters
  • Restrooms and first aid building nearby

 

Fees depend on the number of people in a group and are listed in the Group Picnic Areas Brochure. Weekend dates from May through September are often reserved by the end of March; reservations are accepted for the same year starting the first business day in January.
