Vote NowColorado is competing among all other states for our share of tree money - courtesy of Odwall - and we need your vote for Colorado! Go to http://www.odwalla.com/plantatree/. No contribution or registration is required. Each vote equals $1 for trees in parks.

Colorado has been hit hard by the mountain pine beetle epidemic and these funds will help reforest our parks, which will improve wildlife habitat and create wind breaks.

Fans of Colorado's state parks are urged to respond quickly because the program is popular, funds are limited and other states will be vying for a share of the funds. Share this link with everyone you know to cast more votes for Colorado! http://www.odwalla.com/plantatree/

Beetle KillThrough the program, Odwalla is donating $200,000 worth of trees to be planted in state parks accross the nation. The Odwalla Plant a Tree program runs from May 25, 2010 until the money has been spent. Colorado State Parks forest management coordinator will determine the species of trees to be purchased for each region and arrange planting in fall 2010 and early 2011.
