Event Facility Shelters

Facilities: Event Facilities 1 and 3 are covered picnic shelters. There are large charcoal grills, electricity and a sink/countertop area. Event Facility 2 is a covered picnic area that adjoins shelter 1. It provides only picnic tables.

Fees: Event Facilities 1 & 3 Daily Fees: Monday thru Friday $100.00; Saturday and Sunday $150.00. Event Facility 2 Daily Fees: Monday thru Friday $75.00; Saturday and Sunday $125.00. All reservations subject to a $10.00 reservation fee.

Capacity: 66 people.

Parking: All vehicles must have a $7.00 park pass.

Scheduling: Reservations can only be made for events which will occur during the current calender year.  Reservations can be made by calling 303.688.5242; Friday thru Monday from 9 am - 4 pm. Payment is due at the time of your reservation, and can be made with Visa or MasterCard.

Responsibilities: Groups renting park facilities are responsible for all clean-up. All trash must be placed in dumpsters and charcoal fires must be extinguished.

Refunds/Cancellations: Cancellation fee shall be equal to 25% of the base fee if the cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to reserved date. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the reserved date then the cancellation fee shall be 100% of the base fee.
