Saturday or Sunday $300.00 +$10 reservation fee

Capacity: No more than 40 people.
Times: Reservation entitles you to two hours at Panorama Point. Events must be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please be prepared to select your desired time slot at the time of reservation. Due to rapidly changing weather conditions in the mountains, morning and early afternoon ceremonies are recommended. Please note, we prefer to schedule only one event per day, but multipile events are possible. Reserving this site ensures that yours will be the only event, but does not restrict other park visitors from using the facility. We cannot guarantee exclusive use of the facility. More photos
Facilities: Deck has some bench seating, vault toilets, six picnic tables and universal accessibility. Grills and fires are not permitted at this site.
Parking: Up to 15 vehicles, $7 daily pass required on each vehicle. A nominated individual from your party is required to check-in at the Visitor Center before the event begins to pre-purchase all vehicle passes for your group.

Dressing Room: The Columbine Room can be used as a dressing room, storage area, and meeting point for the wedding party. Located at the Visitor Center, this is a convenient location to prepare for your big day - $110.00 reservation fee allows you access from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please Note: Alcohol is not permitted in the Columbine Room.
Reception Options: Consider the Red Barn Group Picnic Area for your reception. A few miles drive from Panorama Point, this historic barn has been converted into a rustic outdoor picnic area with grills, fire pits, electricity, and picnic tables. Red Barn can accommodate up to 150 guests. Fees are $150 (+ $10 resv. fee) Monday to Friday, and $200 (+ $10 resv. fee) for Saturday or Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Refunds/Cancellations: No refunds due to inclement weather. Cancellation fee shall be equal to 25% of the base fee if the cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to reserve date. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the reserved date then the cancellation fee shall be 100% of the base fee.
