Camping

The campground and all of its facilities are NOW OPEN! Both electrical campsites and walk-in tent campsites are available. Water is available at multiple locations throughout the campground. Both modern restrooms and vault toilets are within walking distance of most campsites. The dump station is conveniently located on your way out of the campground. All electrical hook-ups have 20amp & 30amp. The Camper Services Building has modern restrooms and pay showers. Mueller is a popular camping destination; reservations are highly recommended.

Fire Restrictions

All fires must be within the provided containers; either a fire pit on the ground or an upright barbecue grill container.
There are currently no bans or further restrictions; please use extreme caution.
Firewood is available for $5/bundle at the Campground and/or the Front Entrance Gate.

Hunting

Hunting is prohibited between Memorial Day and Labor day.

Park Entrance

The park entrance station is currently open on a daily basis. You may purchase your $7 park pass or a Colorado State Parks Annual Pass at the entrance state. If a gate attendant is not present, a self-service daily vehicle pass must be purchased from the map/kiosk area just beyond the entrance station. Day use hours 5AM -10PM. Trails

Mueller offers 55 miles of trails for your enjoyment via foot, horseback, mountain bike, snow shoes or cross-country skis. All trails are open at this time. Current conditions are good. Northern trails are closed June 1-20 for Elk Calving. Always take a Mueller State Park Trail Map with you. A Printable trail map is available at the menu on your left.
